Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Rakoli, Distt Mohali is situated on Chandigarh-Ropar National highway near Kurali, P.O Jhigran Kalan. The Vidyalaya started functioning in 2009. First batch of students were admitted in the month of January 2010. The area of the permanent site contains 120 bigha (24 Acre) land, which is near Gurdwara Gurpuri. The Vidyalaya campus includes the beautiful academic block, beautifully maintained lawns, separate dormitories for boys and girls, dining hall, canteen, playground, and staff quarters.
